Sims won't interact with objects or each other

mia_stop  That is a very long list of apps starting with Windows, and most of them don't need to at all.  I'd suggest disabling everything on the list except for HP Display Control, OneDrive (only if you use it), and SecurityHealthSysTray.  That doesn't mean the other apps will stop working, only that they won't be running in the background when you have no use for them.

If that doesn't help, the next step is playing in a clean boot:

The one service to leave enabled is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App needs in order to run.  Disable the rest as described.

When you reboot your computer, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down any service that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from MSI Afterburner to RGB software might still be enabled.  If you accidentally kill a critical process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.

Don't open anything other than Sims 4 and the EA App while testing, not even a browser window.

I have done everything that I have found in these forums, nothing has worked. I play mostly with hair and clothes cc and two mods (now four, because I installed two to fix the dining and the knitting and both worked), the dining is still funky even with the mod. Today, they added something thar appeared on the Main Menu, since then all my sims and visitors stand around, not listening to any commands, then I can't save out of the game so I had to restart my computer. It is becoming so hard to play, you know, you have to do so many things with your game, and it's different with every bug in every update (in my experience, it is always a problem with the Update), it feels that I have to work more and more to fix a game that never gets fixed. DX11, Reaper's rewards, knitting, the dining and now the sims going on a coma and the game on a never ending screen...

mia_stop  To be thorough, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver.  You can use the one you downloaded from Intel (I wasn't sure it would work on your system, but you know now that it does).  The point here is that your old and new dxdiags both show serious crashes of the graphics driver, and a clean uninstall and reinstall is the best way to make sure you've addressed any problems related to the driver.  Here's how to do it:

Separately, your dxdiag shows a number of crashes of something called hp-plugin-executor.  This service can also use a lot of your processor's resources, which could in turn contribute to the game issues you're seeing.  So please open the Task Manager, find this service (probably in background processes), and kill it.  It'll restart with Windows, but in the interim, let me know whether it helps.

If not, please restart your computer, wait five minutes without doing anything, open the Task Manager (but nothing else), and post a screenshot, so I can see the overall usage of each resource.  Then click the Startup icon and post a screenshot of what you see there.

mia_stop  Your dxdiag shows a couple of serious crashes of the graphics driver, which could be causing Sims 4 problems but should be addressed either way.  The problem is that HP computers often have software that blocks non-HP-provided drivers from installing.  So the first place to look for a new driver is the HP download page for your system.  To find that, go here:

Enter your computer's serial number, choose the OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, and you'll land on the driver download page.  Please do not choose the option to let HP update your drivers for you.  (It's fine to do that later, but at the moment, it's more important to handle things manually.)  Instead, click All Drivers, expand Driver-Graphics, and look for the newest Intel driver.

Your current driver version is 27.20.0100.9415, so anything that started with a number higher than 27 would be newer, as would be a driver that started with 27 and ended with something higher than 9415.  If you find one, install it and restart your computer.

If you don't find a newer driver, or you do but installing it doesn't help, or you don't know what you're looking at, please link the download page here.  This page doesn't contain any information about your own system, just the overall model.  The serial number is necessary to direct you to precisely the correct download page but is then discarded.

It's def not something about your save. It's working fine for me.

Where did you buy the packs you have ? On Steam, EA app or EPIC ? Do you own them all on the same platform ?
