I've seen people say this is older, but at least since Discover University, they will seek out other sims, even if said other sim is asleep, to go do their homework/read a book by. I kinda get it for homework, but for reading I find it immersion breaking. I don't know about you or the Sims team, but when I want to read a book, I generally *don't* want people around trying to make conversation.
