This has been happening to me in multiple households, same save, with the maid constantly cleaning the grill. They clean the grill until it is the end of the shift and then leave. They do clean other things prior to the grill but the grill isn't even dirty and they may spend five hours cleaning the grill. I play on PC, no mods, no CC.
