It's happened to me but with a non-household sim -- He was a Teen Wednesday, stayed the night and aged up early Thursday to YA and then went home (after messing with his new trait in CAS with fulleditmode on) and then on Saturday I asked him to move in and I noticed he was an Adult. Ick (used CAS fulleditmode to fix him but still).
