Background: Farrah was at level 9 in the astronaut career. Because she kept getting raise after raise after raise without a promotion, I switched her back to a previous career (music) so I could get her to paint a self portrait of herself in her musician outfit. (I started the self portraits after she reached level 10 musician and switched to a new career.)
Bug: When she gets ready to go to work, she puts on her musician gown, but she wears it with the helmet from her astronaut suit. When she gets home, she is still wearing her astronaut helmet with her musician gown. It looks funny, and messes up the self portrait (which I can get only when she returns from work wearing her work clothing because I can't make her change into her work clothing at other times).
The lastException file is timestamped 10:26am. The screenshot is timestamped 10:36am, about 10 minutes after the lastException, but moments after she changed for work, and moments before she left for work.
If you have cheats on or enabled you can fix this by using the cas modify outfit cheat
I'm still playing vanilla Sims 4 with no mods, custom content, cheats, expansions, etc.
