Hi friends I have several households with children. After installing the Gibbi Point, I noticed that all of them started wearing bird masks whenever they’re on the playground. I really don’t want that! I switched to that family to try and remove it, but the mask can’t be taken off—even in CAS. In CAS, the child appears without the mask, but I can’t put on any other hat or accessory. As soon as I go back to live mode, the child is wearing the mask again. It’s also locked in the outfit. This is completely ruining my game. Please help!

Hi cicounek
what scenario are you playing with this ? Does it happen without any ?

Thank you for your interest! I’m not playing any scenario, just my regular free play. I was controlling an adult Sim and exploring the Gibbi Point area when I noticed the children. It wasn’t even on the playground lot, but near some of the play equipment there. I immediately switched to one of those kids (they belong to my played households) and tried “Change Outfit,” but it didn’t help — the child kept the mask on in every outfit. Then I switched to CAS with full edit mode — there, the mask was locked, and the child didn’t have it on their head, but I also couldn’t put any other hat on. Once I went back to live mode, the mask appeared again. It’s ruining the game — the kids have customized faces and hairstyles I worked on, and I don’t want them to constantly look like strange bird creatures.

Could you post a pic ?
Can you try travelling to another world with them to see if the same occurs ? Sounds like some kind of situation going on.

Yes, it happens even when I move the child to another world — it still has the mask. Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo, but if it helps: there were four children, three that I created (all from different worlds) and they all had the masks, and one boy from Gibbi Point — I also play as his family — and he didn’t have it. Also, one of the children not only had the mask but was walking like a vampire… with that vampire walk style. Otherwise, they were using the playground object, and I could talk to them normally.
