Social event tasks not appearing

Hello Sims 4 Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue in The Sims 4 where the tasks for social events do not appear. Whenever I try to organize or participate in social events, such as Sleepovers or Baby Showers, the usual task list that guides my Sims’ actions has not appeared for a few months, making it impossible to complete the events properly. This issue affects all events in this category and occurs across multiple households in my game.

For context:

• I only use official DLC; I do not use mods or custom content.
  I launch the game via Steam and have already run a file integrity scan and reinstalled.
  I also tried a fresh reinstall, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or advise if there is a known solution or patch?
