Stair railing clipping in with fence

This has never been fixed, 

Yeah lets talk about it... this is old as the game is... like does anyone remember when it did not clip like that? Because I sure dont... In fact I though it was just as it is, as the sims 4 was built. May be its a bug. Hopefully this thread motivate the team to work on this. I always end up making huge opening in the stair or completely close the stair case in between walls to avoid this glitch.

They fixed it before and then it started doing it again. With the laundry list today including the extra board fixes with staircases, I was hoping they could also fix this again, but I guess not. The railings clip through fences and even walls.
