Is it not possible to DRASTICALLY reduce how much strangers come up to you to talk and partake in your current conversations uninvited?
You end up with a relationship panel crowded by strangers even though you never indroduced yourself and if you are flirting everything will get awkward and fail and there is no way of getting people out of your conversations.
this, i hate that my sim will be flirting with someone and then 4 randoms join the conversation and now my sim feels embarrassed/awkward!
This drives me crazy too. It's not just when you take yours sim out with a friend or household member. Even when you take a lone sim out, there is always some spawned sim, that has to track them down, to talk to them. I had my sims exploring in Selvadorada and they were constantly being targeted by other sims. All I wanted to do was explore with my sim, without constant interruption. Who knew there were that many sims hacking their way through the jungle.
By all means have sims around the world, make it feel alive but stop having them constantly interrupting game play.
Playing on PC. No mods. No CC. All packs, just a few kits missing.
Random sims pushing into a conversation in a date is so infuriating! And sometimes they're at the other end of the neighbourhood, but they've queued up that they're going to interrupt your date so they're part of the conversation even if you can't even see them from here.
Dates at home are easier, or The Bluff in Windenburg because nobody ever goes there. But it's a shame that our sims can't enjoy all the other date venues in the game without rude sims not getting the idea that people on a date are a private conversation they should stay out of.
Principalmente em encontos romanticos e em lotes comunitarios vc ta sozinho com seu par sentados na conversando e um sims aleatorio entra na conversa.
you have my vote, it happens constantly and it's annoying
you want to spend time with your friend? other sims comes around
want to spend time on a date? other sims comes around
you want to spend time with your family? other sims comes around
fine if you're in a group or if you throw a party but it's so unnecessary for everything else, i hope there's atleast a toggle option you can turn it off
This bug is happening since 2015. I genuinely think it's a feature haha
My sims all have over 200 friends now!!!! They don't even have to speak to them either! The stranger only need to appear in the area where the sim(s) appeared. There is absolutely no way anyone could get the "close-knit" lifestyle unless you lock your sim up in a house and never let them leave!!!! I don't know if phone calls do anything but once the sim has 4 friends - " the close-knit" lifestyle is not attainable.

i get what you mean though, i believe it's something the line like how other sims shouldn't interrupt the dates when you want to know each other and do romantic stuff, just the 2 of them
