Ideas
As you can see, the game is skipping straight from Ace Engineer (4) to the fork in the career which should be level 7, skipping over the project manager (5) entirely and breaking the scenario. This is day one on a new install with no CC or mods.
Additional Bug: I loaded a save from before she got promoted and deliberately did not raise her performance to the top, and she got promoted anyway.
I have the same issue! It is super annoying as there doesn't seem to be a fix. :(
same here :( i used UI Cheats to cheat back down to level 5, but it was still pretty messed up since I had to cheat down to level 6 first and Lewis called early. I kept playing but then it ended abruptly, something about Nova going solo.
I was having the same problem but I got the scenario to work by removing her "Entrepreneur" trait. With testing cheats on, use this command: "traits.remove_trait Entrepreneur"
Then she should promote to the next level normally and the scenario should continue.
This works.
