I tested this with my very limited building abilities and I don't get a script call failed error so few questions

are you trying to place the items in the basement or any level ?
Is the Plant Containment Cell in the basement or any level ?
Did you try another house or just that one business ?
Did you ever have any basemental mods ?

The items were on the ground floor, but I had also tested them in the basement and had the same error
The Plant Containment Cell was in the basement when I first experienced the error. After realizing the issue I went to a separate lot and testing on the ground level and had the same error
I've tried other lots but I only tried in the world Copperdale
I 've never used basemental mods
