When sims are chatting, they are talking to other sims backs. They wont face each other. This has been happening since update before Enchanted by nature.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?This happens to me all the time.
platform is X Box. no mods or cc ever used
