When I send my sim to gather a few collectibles (e.g. dig for treasure, harvest from plants, collect frogs) majority of the time I find that they will gather the first item and then cancel every other tasks that I added to their cue and the only way to prevent this is to micromanage them to complete each task which is very annoying when playing with larger households. I don't play with any mods in my game but I have noticed this bug for a while now so it certainly isn't the result of any recent update.

I have been experiencinga simliar issue. Sim will cancel queue after 1-3 collectables not just one.

This happens to me a lot as well, and it's been going on for years now. It's very annoying.
I tested this and it happens to me as well. After the one in their interaction queue clears all of them do as well.
