Still having this issue, Xbox series X, when I tattoo a normal form of a occult, and they are Unlinked, upon loading that household they are relinked but unchanged except the tattoos are copied from the normal or disguise form into the occult form. Happening for fairies, and vampires at least. Completely ruins the look of the character when it happens.
