[HSY] Teen that graduated early can't join E-sports or Sports Teams

I currently have a teenager who is in University. He graduated early thanks to good grades (with the Sims 4 High School Years pack), and enrolled in university as a teenager. He got the E-sports scholarship and in order to maintain it he is supposed to be participating in the E-sports team at Foxbury Institute. However, since he is a teenager and not a young adult, he is unable to join sports teams or clubs, and therefore lost his scholarship.

It would be nice to have more cross-pack compatibility between these two packs. I didn't know sims can't join college clubs/sports as a teen, and I feel as though my sim is missing out on college experiences because he won't be a young adult until halfway through his entire college experience.

Hello! I figured I would fill out the bug report template that was on the archived thread. I do, however, feel it is important to note that this doesn't just affect the E-sports and Sports Teams/scholarship, but my sim is also unable to access the dialogue that would allow them to join University clubs, such as the Bot Savants at Foxbury. When clicking on a club member to access the social menu (where he should be able to join), the option is not there. He has aged up to a young adult now and the dialogue has appeared.

    Product: The Sims 4
    Platform: PC/Windows 11
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? When teens graduate early & enroll in university
What is your current game version number? 1.116.202.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Werewolves, My Wedding Stories, Vintage Glamor, Vampires, Tiny Living, Seasons, Romantic Garden Stuff, Realm of Magic, Parenthood, Paranormal Stuff, Nifty Knitting, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Island Living, Horse Ranch, Holiday Celebration, High School Years, Growing Together, Greenhouse Haven, Get Together,  Get to Work, Get Famous, Everyday Clutter, Eco Lifestyle, Dream Home Decorator, Discover University, Dine Out, Desert Luxe, Cottage Living, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Book Nook, Blooming Rooms, Bathroom Clutter, Backyard Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim graduate high school early with High School Years, then enroll them in University while still in the Teen life stage.
What happens when the bug occurs? They are able to apply for/get the E-sports & Sports Team scholarships, but once enrolled in University they do not keep it and the sports team does not show up in the University panel. They are also unable to join clubs while in Teen life stage.
What do you expect to see? Teen sims should be able to participate in Sports Teams/Scholarships while in University, and they should be able to join University specific clubs.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Most recent version of MCCC (2025.3.0) and UI Cheats Extension (v1.49)
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? This is the first time I have played with a Teen in University, so I am unsure.
