The new event broke my game

So at the of the second part of this week of the event, my game crashed and I restarted the game and now the game acknowledge my sim as my neighbor for some weird reason. I can't fix up my house, I can't change their clothes for the hot tub part for the event, doors that I locked to keep other sims out now keep my sim out. Also can't throw out dishes etc
