I’ve been having this issues since the L&D patch. When playing the game it will freeze and the sims will do the same animation over and over. Time on the clock will move to like midnight and then back to time it was before it froze. The world will go from light to dark. It used to be around 20-30 minutes. But, now it’s freezing for over an hour. It makes the game unplayable.
I am currently having the same issue. Once it changed to winter, my game can't make it past 4am. I thought it was Father Winter. So I deleted him out of the calendar and checked all my mods and took mods out that could've been the issue, but it is still not working. I am so lost.
