Time/Sim freezes while environment still moves

this is my like sixth time reporting this... i cant even play my game. i tried everythi from, repairing and uniinstalling the game to removing my mods, nothing is fixing the problem. I have a time glitch where my game just stops at 4:03am and I can’t do anything. I tried removing mods and everything but it still happens. I can’t reset my sim or cancel actions they move even when the game Is paused, they idle in place, I can’t even exit the game without resetting my computer because the game freezes, I don’t know what to do.
