Time/Sim freezes while environment still moves

I can’t remember whether I’ve commented on this yet or not, but I’m having the same issue! I’m on ps4, so no mods/cc. The world keeps moving and the sim will move (stand in place, but moves like a sim does when it’s standing still) but I can’t click anything. It won’t pause, fast forward, I can’t use the start menu (like, I go can to start & save but the “save” part just loads and loads until the game un-freezes). The sim does NOT respond to any command, it just stays stuck in place. And I can’t actually switch to other sims, either until the game catches up. I love this game, but the game breaking bugs are making it unplayable. Please fix this, EA. It’s been a known bug for months, this is ridiculous. My game doesn’t freeze at specific times, it freezes every 2-3 minutes every time. I noticed it specifically on the 64x64 lot in Henford. I cannot use that lot AT ALL. I’ve tried placing it in different worlds w the same effect. But nonetheless, this should have been fixed ages ago. I will not be purchasing anymore packs for this game, until these bugs are fixed. Im sick of bugs like this STILL completely BREAKING the game, and not being fixed. Do better, EA.
