Hello crinrict! I would like to really quick offer an update to this; as I think I discovered the issue.
If you do not manually assign the beds, but instead just tell the sims to sleep on each side, the bed will auto-assign the bed sides and you will no longer see the tool tip stating the bed ONLY belongs to one of the sims. When I manually assign one side, and have a sim sleep and auto-assign the other side, the tooltip issue persists, and if I have a sim auto-assign one side and manually the other afterwards the tool tip issue persists.
This means the issue exists somewhere in the action of manually assigning beds, and not the actual overall assigning of the bed itself. A solution for the time being is just to not manually assign beds; and instead have sims sleep in the bed naturally and the game to "auto-assign" the bed sides.
However, this does denote this is likely a bug or glitch in the code with manual assigning somehow being counted different than auto-assigning. Not sure how that would be fixed but anyways. Thought I'd update you on my personal findings incase it helps find a solution!
