New test game. No mods. No CC. Mac OS Tahoe.
Most necklaces will cause shirts to un-tuck. The scarf and corsage/boutonniere accessories are mostly ok. Haven't tested every combination. Can't see that this has changed with the May 12, 2026 patch.
R&L Styled Look with tucked shirt and necklace. Removing the necklace causes it to tuck properly.
Went through the Styled Looks that I'd previously noted as being effected by necklaces. Don't really see much of a change.
Have not checked with all the layering options. I.E. body details, tattoos, etc.
So odd. I tested several scenarios and it looks fine for me
I've made a Sim yesterday that still had the issue before the patch, when redownloading, he still had the issue. When I then made a new Sim with the same clothing and tons of accessory and tattoos, it was fine.

Tucked shirts are a mystery to me. Quite awhile back I had two Sims in the same Styled Outfit from the Casanova Cave kit. One of them was fine (with the necklace removed), but the other kept being un-tucked. Sometimes traveling fixed. I think I finally fixed it by using the full edit cheat and changing his body. I don't think they had any additional body details. I tend to forget about them.

Tried it again. New TS4 folder. 🤷♀️
She has the same shirt and the necklace. Tucked. He has a necklace. Untucked.

Is this a new Sim too ?

Yes. New game. Male is the first Sim the game generated upon opening CAS. Female is randomly generated Sim.
Played around with body details on the male. Deleted details and re-added. Only the necklace changed the shirt's state of "tucking."
Played around with bottoms for the female. Shirt stayed tucked.
