The Turtleneck Base Layer Top does not look visually great on a Sims neck, I've checked in all swatches and it appears bad with all of them.

I too, and several in my comment section, agree that it looks rough. I agree with LisaG46 below; it does seem that someone was working on it to clean it up quite nicely and match the sleeves, but then got distracted. I am glad that it will be fixed soon :)
