UI Exception 1009: GUI corruption after building

No mods, every time I go into buy mod and leave the live menu button disappears. I can't do anything but task manager shut down. When exiting to menu I just get a black screen. Trying to stop it via steam just leads to infinite shutting down.

Uninstalled and Reinstalled
Uninstalled - Removed All Files Related to Sims 4 - Reinstalled

did you also get rid of your save games ? When you say removed all files you also mean the user files right ? Have you tried if it works on a new windows user for testing ?
