I finally got a UI exception where most of the UI goes missing on an unmodded game. (See attachment)
I had just finished up a Romantic Date which ended at The Ruins, used a Poohoo bush for bladder relief, picked up the romantic blanket and returned home for a shower. During the shower I went into BuildBuy to place a couple of bar stools next to the stock kitchen islands for the lot. On returning to Live mode the UI was messed up. It looks like there were a couple of UI exceptions a couple of minutes apart, though I didn't see anything visible from the first one if so.
On saving and exiting to main menu, the screen is completely black. I can however hit escape and exit the game normally. I know from previous experience in a modded game that if I exit directly from Live mode after experiencing this UI exception, the game will lock up and has to be killed from Task Manager.

Looks like I forgot to post the UI exception. It looks like when I exited two more UI exceptions were generated, seconds apart.
