UI Turn ons/Turn offs broken

Ah, Lovestruck...

I'm getting this issue too. You CAN click the space where the turn-on and turn-off selection would be though, and it does select it. But the icons have gone.

Mac, no mods.

I'm having the same issue. I have no mods. I created a new save, repaired the game 3 times, cleared the cache, and deleted the localthumbcache.package file. I think the only option I haven't tried is to uninstall the entire game and reinstall it.

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the UI is still broken. Please let me know if you need further information or my save file. I will gladly provide anything you need to help investigate this issue.

Just noticed this as well.  Took out mods, repair, removed the entire Sim 4 folder out of EA folder, loaded completely fresh game.   

I can still pick options and they will show up in live mode, just doesn't display properly in CAS. 

Also an issue on xbox series x since the 12/2 patch. Likes and dislikes display correctly, turn ons do not. As suggested by u/classybananasala, I can still make selections, I just can't see what selection I'm making. I remember which is which but someone who recently installed the pack will have no indication.
