I have autonomy on for all my sims to provide for themselves. The vampires though won't drink blood packs or fruit automatically from inventory or table. I have to manually tell them to drink. If I attempt for them to auto fix from needs menu they act like they can't do it with a full inventory of plasma packs. Please fix in next update!
