Also having this issue, same career, tested with and without mods, on PC. The other family member has an LLC and thought maybe that was causing the issue but since this issue was 4 months ago I see it is not affected from businesses & hobbies. Mortician career is what she is doing. It was fine with the first level of her career but after that it won't let my sim take PTO. She is also not able to take bereavement or family leave after a child was born
