when I pull up my cell phone and choose to take a vacation day from the mortician job it's not available/ Not there. Help?

My Business Investor is also having this problem. This wasn't an issue when she and the mortician wanted days off last at level 3 but now they're both at 7 and burning out because nothing lets them take the day off unless their actually sick.
