Mods in use are cosmetics (werewolf hairstyles), shorter "somber howl" cooldown, this mod that reduces mindfulness https://modthesims.info/d/654294/less-intense-fine-buffs-for-mindfulness.html, some CC paintings, and some packages that remove the constant festival/thriftea notifications etc.
None of these mods caused this issue on any werewolves from my previous save. None of them should cause any problems to begin with.
