Ideas
I’m trying to place some stairs and they will no let me make them rounded at the bottom. It says stairs can’t intersect with walls. If I make them rounded in a different room and drag them in, I can place them in some parts of the room but not centrally. Theres no walls in the way either floor the stairs impact and I feel like I’m going insane. I don’t use mods or cc. Have uploaded the file to the gallery if anyone wants to check.
I am so sorry you are experiencing this issue! It sounds really frustrating!
I had this issue too. I found the walls on the level above or below affected where I could put the curved stairs. If I had any walls on the level above or below, I couldn't put stairs near any of those walls. It seems like a glitch to me, as the walls aren't actually intersecting with the walls on a different level, yet the game seems to perceive it as such.
Hopefully EA will look into this and resolve the issue soon.
