When using the phone to create any wedding custom or not it does not allow you to pick people or location therefore cannot complete a wedding from phone have not tried to use a computer yet though, will add comment when I do just frustrated with game at the moment due to all the bugs...

which scearnio are you playing ? Does it also happen on saves where you don't have a sceanrio active ?
What exactly happens when you try to pick people ? Do you have nothing to choose from ?
What issues do you have with the game menu on this ?
