How long do you play at a given address? I've noticed my Welcome Wagons have started coming a few days to a week after moving in, though I'd swear it used to be within a couple hours.
PipMenace sometimes it happens after some days but sometimes it doesn't, I already try everything like make a new save, move my sims on the same save to a new world, take off my mods and etc... Sometimes happens, sometimes not, and recently I play in a completely new save and it didn't happen either and I stay with my sims for days
