When you enter the CAS editing screen, it will load infinitely.

Is this with mods/cc ?
Even deleting mods and ccs that may have been on the forum didn't solve the problem, and I created a new file and it seems to be able to be added to the CAS screen for now, so it's good, but it's not stable yet. .
Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Close the game again
- Copy JUST your save game from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves
- Start your save
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
I tried them, but when I try to go to the MCCC CAS editing screen, it seems to load endlessly. If you change only the appearance without changing the characteristics, it will be loaded normally.
Please remove MCCC as well. Bug reports need to be on a vanilla game.
If you need help with mods, please use the mods forum. This issue has been mod related in the past.
Even with all mods removed, there was no change. I hope it will be fixed again after the update.
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
Do you have life and death installed? For me I cannot save, not open CAS in my old save file. Disabling the pack solves the issue, that or starting a new save ):
