I'm not sure if this has already been reported but after the update that placed children (and younger) in game library after being taken by social services for neglect, they become unplayable once you place them back in their original household or a new one. Their squares are greyed out as if they're off the lot and their actions can't be controlled.
Resetting them doesn't work and neither does removing them and trying to add them back. If anything, the latter seems to make the problem worse, keeping the child there physically but not appearing anywhere in the game library.
My game is up to date and at the time, I didn't have any mods in my game.

I updated the game a few days ago. I don't have any mods or anything weird, and I'm still getting the same "social services" or "wrongful death" error. It's impossible to play like this. I hope EA doesn't release updates that fix two things but break five.
