Hello Sims Team,
I have purchased almost all the Sims packs and since the update I have experienced difficulties with loading in to the game where pop-ups continues to occur as in "new content" and then the content I "own" is installed on my Xbox Series X and I can access them in my game however with the update if I use the gallary is states "unowned" but if I click on the pack in the gallary it states "owned". Why can I not download builds if I "own" the content?
I was playing my game last night and it crashed all of a sudden, which I haven’t had issues with in a long time. I reopened it and redid the stuff I had done and hit save but later it crashed again and then as I was trying to place a lot that I had saved in my gallery that I have used before a warning message pops up, saying I do not own pack items included in the lot and after hitting place anyway, nothing shows up and is doing the same again today. Has anyone else found a solution to this problem? I own all the packs I have gone in and double check to make sure they were all installed and they are. I just had this lot on my game until it crashed and now I’m saying I can’t put down any lot because I don’t know the items in the packs when I do. Any help is appreciated! I really don’t want to reinstall this entire game because I’m going to lose a lot of progress
I've noticed a tailcoat/tuxedo set cas outfit has gone missing.
The pride themed tailcoat is nowhere to be found, I'm unsure of what pack it comes from however!
I noticed it missing when I selected my sim's formal outfit and it showed them not wearing the tailcoat outfit.
Hopefully I gave enough info, I unfortunately don't have a picture of the tailcoat and have tried looking on the internet for one but couldn't find a picture.

A couple of pride swatches were added for a few outfits from My Wedding Stories, is that what you're missing in your game?
Yes I think so! The tailcoat with bowtie had some swatches that aren't there anymore. I'm thinking the tailcoat in question might be the holiday celebrations one?
This is NOT an issue that is making my game unplayable! its just the fact with this new update the gallery being changed it says I do not own packs when I do on the use items from these packs, It does not effect my game or my downloading but its just the visual of it telling me I do not own packs when I do.
I am playing on xbox next gen.
Xbox 1 player here: Game is so buggy today (04/18/26), and everytime i go into CAS, its saying I don't own packs that I literally own. I uninstalled the game and all the add-ons, then reinstalled them (TWICE), and its still showing i don't own them. I've also tried this, restarted my console and THEN reinstalled as well, and to no avail. So like- what's that about?
After Market Place Launched ……..Gallery is now saying I have unowned packs and when I download lots they remove the items from the packs they say is unowned but I do own these packs and when I click on them it says owned and it don’t give me an option to redownload
Community ManagerButlerperson6 Are you seeing the other items from these packs? Have you checked that these packs are fully installed to your console?
Community ManagerIt says that I don't own the pack but I have the items and other clothing, I also have the tailcoat in cas but only in four different swatches and several are missing including the pride swatches. (I'm unsure if this is the tailcoat that had the pride swatches however I don't know if there's another one, I've checked the wedding stories pack but that doesn't seem to have a tailcoat unless it has gone missing).
Before the latest update I owned the pack but the game says that I don't now when attempting to use uploads from the gallery that contain items from the holiday celebration pack.
