[XB/PS] ‘Welcome to DLC’ boxes keep popping up

Everytime I load up the sims on the ps5 all my packs show a banner when first entering the menu page. Every single time. I don’t want to have to click through all the packs I own everytime I wanna play. 

I have the same exact issue with my PS5 console 

GALLERY items will not place, clicking the buttons do nothing, and then everything freezes and you cannot close out of it. The welcome bubbles for every pack I own are popping up every single time I have to reload the game. This happened immediately after the recent update when I opened my game. I am on console.

I have the same issue on PS5 with the 'Welcome to [PACK]' cards appearing on the main menu after every launch of the game.

I’m on Ps5 and since today’s update with the marketplace, each time I open the game, I have to click through the presentation window of every single pack I own like if their were new packs. And every items in building mode and CAS is labelled as new. 

Happening to me too, on PS5. I won't play much if this isn't fixed soon. Not to mention, I won't be buying anything in the marketplace. They've gotten all the money they're ever going to get from me.

Came here to report the same thing. It’s so annoying the first time I thought ah new update sure but it’s every time. On Xbox here. 

Same! I thought it was just me. Its so annoying & it had me thinking they deleted or something

Same! Thought it was part of the update until I realized it does it every single time I enter the game which is annoying.
