so what is happening that was mentioned in the screenshot here is now happening without a length of time going on. so like I will load in to the game hit play and my wallpaper and books and stuff will be blurry. at first I thought it was because there was just too much crap on the lot but I have other much larger lots that have way more items and The graphics are not degraded when I load into them. I own all DLC except for a few kits I don't like and I play on a well-kept playstation 5 on a lan cable with good quality internet that I use for streaming on YouTube and twitch, All the other games I play have great graphics. it's only happening on this game and in certain builds.
