Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m connected to the internet, so I know that’s not a problem.

Are you getting a specific error message, or are you only seeing your library tab when you try to open the gallery?
I’m not having an error message, I just only see my library and nothing else.

Im also having this problem. Ive tried everything. It just shows our own library tab and nothing else. The game wont go online. So frustrating.

From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and be sure the Online Social Features Access box is checked. You'll also want to be sure your gamertag is linked with your EA account here.
There are no online options in the game options anywhere, or in the other section in game options. How do i check my gamertag is linked?
Same here on Xbox series X. I can't get to the gallery. I accepted the new terms and after that, the account won't link anymore. I hit link account, then restart the game, and it doesn't stay linked. No matter how many times I go through hitting link account and restarting it just won't stay linked. So that means no gallery or rewards for the event.
Has anything been done to resolve your issue I'm in the same boat
I am also having this problem. It only shows offline library, no other options. No options to go online. Ea account is showing as linked to my xbox on my xbox account. And my account is not age restricted in any way or a childs account. I even hard reset my console after re linking EA account. And still nothing. Event wont start either.

Hi all,
If you're still having issues with the Gallery, please first be sure you are connected and logged into Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network.
When launching the game, please wait on the Press A or X To Start screen for a 1 full minute.
Let me know if you're able to access the Gallery then.
Done that. Still no gallery or online options in 'other' settings options.

I'm glad I found this thread. I had the same issue, but thankfully re-linking my EA account and restarting fixed it.
Is everyone still having problems? I hope there is a fix for this soon. It's driving me nuts.
Hello everyone, I would like to inform you of my problem on Console, the Sims4 gallery is no longer accessible on Xbox Console since the last update on July 1, 2025

I have the same problem! I can open my library, but not the gallery.
Just noticed it after recent pregnancy bug update.
I'm on Xbox, also unable to open the full gallery. Only my library.
Late response, but in the same menu that was recommended above (Game Options > Other) I clicked on Link EA account, and once linked and restarted - online worked.

I haven’t played in several months but when I got on today, I noticed the gallery was no longer showing up on my PS4 game. I’m fully connected to the internet and have even restarted the console several times but it hasn’t fixed it.
