Community ManagerFrom the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and be sure the Online Social Features Access box is checked. You'll also want to be sure your gamertag is linked with your EA account here.
There are no online options in the game options anywhere, or in the other section in game options. How do i check my gamertag is linked?

You'll need to select the Link EA Account option at the lower right corner before you'll see the online access option.
