[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I have no cc or mods. I play on ps5. I own all expansion packs all but 6-7 kits

let’s start with the load screen every time it asks me to accept the user agreement only on this ps5 bit on my other where I was able to click a box. There is no box here. Then it asks me to adjust my screen EVERY TIME.  Then it takes me through all tutorials and updates as if I have never played the game. Explains sim delivery and houses. I can’t. But then I start to play. There is an overlay of the controls every time even if I turn it off during load screen it will show up once I start to play and I have to turn it off again. 
Now I finally play and the game crashes every time they travel. It doesn’t matter if it’s work, school, or to a new world it crashes.   I need some help because outside the normal bugs that have prevented me from completing aspirations I can’t even play now.   HELLLLP MEEEE
