Hi,
I’m having a recurring issue with The Sims 4 on Xbox Series S. The game gets permanently stuck on the loading screen with the green plumbob and blue progress bar. It doesn't advance past that point no matter what I do. I've already tried the following:
– Full console restart
– Force closing the game and reopening
– Clearing persistent storage
– Full cache reset (power cycle with unplug)
– Managing saved data and deleting local save from console
None of these have fixed the issue.
This is **not the first time** this happens, and it’s making the game unplayable. I’ve spent real money on packs and add-ons, and right now I can’t access any of it. I expect a real fix or at least an official workaround. This bug has been reported by many users and is clearly a serious problem on console.
Please escalate this to the dev team. I’m attaching a picture of the stuck loading screen as proof.

S A M E and now it’s happening on the new nature expansion. This is becoming increasingly frustrating and it seems like an absurd thing to have to deal with at this point. I have also tried everything OP tried.
