I’ve tried to look for a bug report or thread with this specific issue but could not find any reporting exactly this issue.
I play on Xbox and am unable to progress when selecting build mode for any of the below lots in Rider’s Glen. I get an infinite loading screen. When trying to place gallery lots from map view I am also presented with endless building screen.
Lots impacted:
Biscuits Bastion
Canter Cottage
Red Roan Field
Grapevine Terrace
Sweet Nectar Glade
Can anyone advise on how to fix this issue?

Since you have a few impacted lots, it could also be something in the neighborhood. Unfortunately XBox is almost impossible to troubleshoot as you have no exception files and can also not share saves.Not being able to enter build makes it even more difficult.
