It’s BOTH! It was 34 before I “accepted the terms and conditions” and linked my EA account and now it’s error code 21. Like as in right now tomorrow the WHOLE SAVE will be gone when I log back in. I’ve just redone my sims, created a new game, remodeled an entire house saved multiple times just fine. As soon as I start to play and my sim gets pregnant and I go to save ERROR CODE 34 OR 21. BOTH OF THOSE ERROR CODES.
Have you tried saving the game in "manage words" not in live mode? Im currently having this issue and i found this is the only way my game will save.
I have just tried this with a previously saved game and it worked, so I tried it on a new save file and I spent an hour building a house and I went to save in manage worlds but it didn’t work and now this whole new save is gone. I just don’t understand why this is happening and why it hasn’t been fixed yet.
I tested what you just did and it literally happened to me lol. Idk what's going on but hopefully the update on feb 3rd fixes this issue. Please if find any new solutions keep me posted.
