[XB/PS] Not being able to scroll/select in CAS

Controller using Simmers reported that scrolling within Create a Sim was failing when entering different categories. The scrolling behavior has been addressed and you should be able to navigate properly once more.

Fixed in Patch 1.124.63/2.34

i’ve been having the same problem since the newest update! i literally have to plug my mouse in to be able to scroll! they really need to fix this issue

I moved your recent report into this other thread. Our teams are aware and working on a fix.  

Please hang in there, and check if the suggestion here helps you scroll through the menu in the meantime.

I'm having an issue with create a sim mode. I'm unable to change hair, skin color, eyebrows , exc. The corser on the right hand side will not scroll down or allow me to pick and choose how to style or create my sims.  Ever since the new update on may 5th 2026. I'd buy the bridgerton, but it would be pointless seeing how I won't be able to dress my sims in create a sim mode. I'm on console. I was told by multiple players on Facebook that this issue has happened to them threw Xbox and PlayStation along with PC players. Can you please fix this 

also having this issue on playstation. i noticed it only happened to me when i was trying to look at anything that would be for masucline framed sims.

I am also having this issue I play on Xbox as well and it’s so annoying and I couldn’t exit the gallery on top of that when I was looking at tattoos and just had to close my game and loose all my progress

Yeeaasssss amd it's pissing me off! I check it every day and every day it's the same BS 

I play the sims 4 on ps5 and ever since the last update I can't scroll on some of the hair styles amd other clothes. I don't have CC on or anything. I basically can't make any new sims pllzzzzz fix ASAP!

I have been having this problem ever since the last big update... I hope they fix it soon
