[XB/PS] Paint Mode crashes game

I had no real issues with the Cas at all, not until recently after I purchased the pets expansion pack, as soon as I click on the paint tab to personalized the cat, it crashes immediately. No error screen, no prompt, nothing, I'm just sent to home page. I'm playing on an Xbox series X, no mods, cheats, nothing, 

specifically happens when i try and paint a horse.

I have been dealing with this bug for years. I have close to every sims 4 pack and it’s really getting me mad when I for get about this bug. I am a console user and unable to record the bug.

It doesn't crash my game (i play on pc) but my animals are still turning out blacked out.

It has been more then two weeks that I cannot apply ANY custom tattoos to any of my sims due to the game crashing every time I open any custom tattoo and I play on ps5 so making my own tattoos is difficult so I enjoy using others tattoos so either fix this mess or I want a refund on the business and hobbies pack

I know this isn't fully related, but I too have been dealing with other issues concerning Paint Mode that I hope may help contribute to the info needed. (I was having difficulties searching for an appropriate report to post my findings on, so I hope this location will suffice.)

Here are some bugs I have encountered since BAH released:

1. Using any assets from Paint Mode on both Sims and Pets when saving them to Gallery causes their household photo to constantly reload and change, usually after every load screen. While this is a minor issue on the surface, it is very annoying for someone who spends time randomizing pictures in the Save Household menu until they get their desired image. What's more, I wonder if the constant reloading could be an underlying cause for any other problems regarding Paint Mode, including the crashing other players are experiencing.
2. Tattoos in general when removed from a Sim in CAS will reappear on that Sim when cycling through their saved outfits. [My workaround for this has been saving my Sims to Gallery right after removing the tattoo(s), then pull the saved household back into CAS for further editing.]
