Shorts Customisation Not Working and Missing Customise Option

Game mode: Career Mode / The Gym

I have encountered a frustrating bug with fighter customisation in UFC 6.

I unlocked the Conor McGregor “Fight Night Retro – Green” shorts, and the game confirms that I have earned the reward. However, I cannot equip the shorts because the Customise option is missing from The Gym for every recruited fighter, not just Conor McGregor.

The only options I can access are “Begin Training” and “View Rewards”. This prevents me from accessing the customisation options I would expect to be available and using the gear I have unlocked.

I would also like EA to investigate the shorts customisation issues in Career Mode, including reports of selected coloured shorts reverting to plain black or white during fights.

Expected result:

• The Customise option should be available where intended.
• Unlocked shorts should be usable where the game supports them.
• Selected shorts colours should remain consistent during fights.

Actual result:

• The Customise option is missing for every recruited fighter in The Gym.
• My unlocked Conor McGregor green retro shorts cannot be equipped through the available options.

This significantly limits the customisation experience and makes unlocking cosmetic rewards frustrating when players cannot properly access or use them.

Please investigate these issues, confirm whether they are known bugs or intended limitations, and provide a fix in a future update. Players should be able to access the customisation features and rewards advertised by the game.
