In career mode after I finish a stage the leaderboards pop up, but when i want to advance to the next stage the game crashes. It happens every single time and the game is unplayable at this point.
Please help me fix this issue.

I have this issue too
For anyone that may still have issues after finishing a race in Carreer mode and hitting NEXT or CONTINUE.
Here is what worked for me: put every single Basic Graphic setting to OFF or low.
In advanced Graphic Setting set everything to Low.
Go back to menu. Quit Game
Load game
Continue your career, finish it and boom....
I will see what else I can do to restore some GFX eye candy but at least I'm able to proceed.
