The sky box when choosing clear weather at dawn in certain locations looks so distractingly bad that I simply going to list it as a bug. It just cannot be "as intended".
It is even worse when seeing it on the move.
Not tested everywhere, but Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Chile had it so far.
