Unable to reach servers after splash screen

I HAVE FOUND A FIX THAT WORKS FOR ME

Reinstall EA WRC
Right click on EA WRC in steam
Click on Properties
Click on Game Files
Then browse
Find "EA ANTICHEAT" folder
Run the EAANTICHEAT.EXE
Manually install the EA Anti Cheat by selecting EA WRC on the drop down box
Manually update the anti cheat too in case
Load game
Works

Did all of that and continue not to login :(
