WRC won't start, need to "activate"

I haven't been able to start WRC for over two months now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App, WRC, the "anti-cheat" files as recommended with no success. I would get the error message that says, 

Yesterday, after about twp weeks of not trying, I tried again and get this error:

I am definitely signed into my EA account on the EA App and launch it from there, and this error box gives me no options to "activate" the game???

This is VERY frustrating that regardless of what I try, I cannot get the game to run. 

HELP!!!
